New animal artwork - Coming Soon

As you know I love painting endangered animals to raise awareness. I have not painted many birds, because I have to find a species that inspired me to paint it. Well, the other week I came across the the Grey-winged Trumpeter, which is a truly hypnotic, exotic bird. Its plumage is fluffy and very colourful, so I found one.

I have only been painting this bird for a few days, but I have really enjoyed bringing this species to life in my oil painting. There are none too many birds where you can utilize the whole colour palette.
