SHIPMENT & DELIVERY INFORMATION
TRACK SHIPMENT
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 24-hours for your tracking information to update on the shipping carrier's website once the item will be shipped out. (Only expedited Deliveries)
SHIPMENT SPEED
The delivery will vary based on shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Standard Delivery within United Kingdom: 2-4 Business Days*
- Expedited Delivery within United Kingdom: 1 Business Day*
- International Delivery may take 2-5 Business Days*
ORDER DETAILS
- We will always acknowledge your order by e-mail as soon as it is received.
- Your payment is only processed once your order is accepted.
- We use only UPS for courier services, however we offer the option of low value post for small value items.
- For the expedited delivery we may use other courier services.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days of receipt, but we will advise if there is any delay.
- Goods are usually delivered within 2 business days of shipping, but may take up to 4 business days.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported to their countries. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK and EU may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country’s policy once a shipment enters the country.
